hey all,
What are some good sound recorders for the mac? having them free would be best. thanks.

I would highly suggest you consider audacity which is is pretty accessible and will be made more accessible when the new release comes due. I am helping beta test this and the developer has put lots of work in to accessibility. Keep an eye out for it. The current version is quite usable as well. Amadeus pro sells for $40 and is excellent. I have also worked with this developer and he has made some excellent changes.
